CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA

    1- Tutto il materiale offerto nel presente catalogo è di proprietà di terzi. La società AP s.r.l. vende in nome e per conto di terzi, dai quali ha ricevuto regolare mandato di vendita.

    2- I prezzi base d’asta sono espressi in Euro e compaiono nell’ultima colonna al lato di ogni descrizione.

    3- Non si accettano offerte inferiori al prezzo base, che rappresenta il prezzo minimo di vendita per ciascun lotto. Non si accettano offerte con la clausola “al meglio” oppure “salvo visione”. In caso di due offerte uguali sarà ritenuta vincente quella giunta per prima. Gli scatti delle offerte saranno regolati a discrezione del banditore. L’aggiudicazione dei lotti per corrispondenza avverrà al maggior offerente ad un prezzo massimo del 5% superiore a quello della penultima offerta. Per esempio, se per un lotto di base  € 200 la Vs. offerta è di € 400, ed il secondo maggior offerente ha offerto € 300, il lotto vi sarà aggiudicato a € 315 (300+ 5%).

    4- Il prezzo di aggiudicazione sarà maggiorato di una commissione del 20% IVA compresa, più un contributo fisso forfettario di € 18 per ogni spedizione in Italia. Per i clienti esteri le spese di spedizione saranno addebitate al costo. Non si effettuano spedizioni in contrassegno.

    5- Le offerte in sala e per corrispondenza provenienti da persone sconosciute saranno prese in considerazione ad insindacabile giudizio del banditore, meglio se accompagnate da referenze filateliche o bancarie. Ap s.r.l. si riserva la facoltà di limitare o non consentire gli acquisti ai partecipanti in sala.

    6- Il banditore si riserva il diritto di raggruppare, ritirare, aggiungere o dividere i lotti.

    7- Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato al momento della consegna per coloro che ritireranno i lotti presso la nostra sede, oppure anticipatamente prima della spedizione dei lotti. Gli acquirenti che concorrono per corrispondenza devono far pervenire l’importo dei lotti aggiudicatisi entro quindici giorni dalla data dell’asta. Il pagamento può essere effettuato a mezzo assegno bancario o circolare, oppure bonifico sui seguenti conti:

    10- Scaduti i termini previsti per il pagamento AP s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di sciogliere il contratto addebitandone i danni ed applicando un onere a carico dell’acquirente dell’ 1% mensile.

    11- Fino al completamento del pagamento i lotti si intendono di proprietà del conferente. L’offerente, con la trasmissione dell’ordinazione, accetta integralmente tutte le condizioni di vendita esposte.

    12- Le descrizioni, effettuate con massima attenzione e buona fede, sono da considerarsi semplicemente orientative. I conteggi di catalogo e/o dei pezzi presenti nella collezione sono spesso quelli dichiarati dal conferente e non sono da considerarsi vincolanti. Si raccomanda pertanto di visionare personalmente il materiale prima di effettuare offerte, in quanto tutti i “lotti e collezioni” sono venduti con la clausola “visto e piaciuto”.

    13- Partecipare telefonicamente all’asta implica automaticamente la disponibilità ad offrire almeno uno scatto sul prezzo base.

    14- Per ogni controversia il Foro competente è quello di Milano.
